REVIEWS

GRAHAM'S REMINISCENCES

This tribute to dear old Dan Crawford enabled nearly twenty five years to roll back, as several of the original cast of the Kings Head / Fortune Theatre production of MR CINDERS reunited to perform some of the songs. It was an especial pleasure for me to sing once more the camp duet Every Little Moment with my old sidekick Diana Martin, who has long since retired from the theatre for a far more lucrative career in business! She bravely recreated her comic coloratura to splendid effect - and it was as if the years had stood still!
I also got to sing the Green Carnation number from Noel Coward's BITTER SWEET the first show I did for Dan Crawford - which I hadn't performed since 1982. This time the quartet dwindled to a duet with the fabulous Simon Green, but it is to be hoped with no loss of quality. It was certainly a hoot to sing it with him!
